I would recommend this company to anyone with basement water problems. I was very impressed with the professionalism, their compliance with my wishes, how they respected my home, how they cleaned up after themselves, and that I was shown everything and how to manage it/troubleshoot before they left.

Brock was friendly and approachable. He answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking them. And explained the products and processes in an easily understood manner.

The crew was polite and professional. And, for the most part, respected my home. The only little thing was one was a smoker and I'm sensitive to smoke. However, he did not smoke in my house, just outside in my driveway. I never felt uncomfortable having the crew in my home.

I was very impressed with how clean my basement was when the crew was done. They did their best to keep the dust off of everything that didn't need it and took away all of their mess. I'm always impressed by workers who clean up after themselves.
