Comment: Inquiring about fixing a leak in our basement that reappeared during the thaw/mild weather in January. We had the crack filled with polyurethane polymer several years ago and realize it wasn't meant to last forever. The leak has stopped since the weather turned cold again. Question is, can you use the Polyurethane injection in the winter? Or do we need to wait until spring? And we would be interested in an estimate for your Flexispan System.

Comment: Hi, I was flushing our hot water tank down our floor drain and noticed that our floor cracks are getting larger and there is more upheaval. But what I noticed the most and first is a lot more of efflorescence around the cracking on the floor and around the check valve cage(s) (? Not sure what they both are, they both look the same & I am assuming atleast one is our check valve - we have no sump pump, built in 1992). There was some cracks when we first bought the house, but I don't think they were that bad. We have since removed 2 small juniper trees that were nestled right next to our house (next to the wall closest to the floor cracks). My guess is it's probably something to do with that. We also have a wood foundation, just so u are aware. We would love someone to shed some light on our situation as we have no idea where to start really. Thanks.
