Great experience from the estimate to scheduling to the work itself. Our unit is in Harbor East Condos in Arkansas but we live in Colorado and they arranged the schedule for when we were there.
It was great from weekly emails with updates to personally talking to the call representative to arrange the scheduled work for when we were there.
Quick, efficient and presented the information without trying to do an oversell and add things on. Also very personable and approachable.
Four-man crew that called before they arrived and they arrived on time. They gave me an estimate as to when they would finish and they kept to that schedule. The crawlspace and an issue with a large water heater that could not be brought out through the existing opening and they resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I might add that our crawl space is only 18-14 inches high and they had to work in very difficult conditions.
The crawlspace was immaculate and the site was totally cleaned up.

We were not very familiar with any of the Arkansas companies that perform this type of work and we chose this company on the recommendation of our local contractor that has done extensive work on our condos.
