Comment: We are under contract to purchase a property in Van Buren. The home was built in 1964 and has the main level and a partially finished basement. There is mold in the basement and water leaks. Our inspector has suggested a french drain. We would like to get an estimate so we can determine whether or not to buy the home.

Comment: House was built in 2004. We moved in 2008. It's a three story house. Bottom story is finished walk out basement. There has been very small water leak in basement where wall meets floor. Had local basement co come out. Does not appear to be crack in wall. They tried putting some type of sealant at joint from wall and floor. Still leaks a little when there is a lot of rain and it is leaks into media room carpet. There is standing water in front yard with heavy rain. Not sure if need better drain in yard or there is clogged drain. Looking for someone to come out and take a look at it within the next few weeks.
