What made you choose our company:

I have used IBS on two occasions; basement waterproofing, and most recently to install backup battery sump pump. Although there was a wait, IBS was able to respond more quickly than competitors and therefore I chose them. They did good work and were pleasant to deal with, therefore it made it easy to go back to them when I needed further service/products.
