Project Location: Chilliwack, BC v2r 4l7

Comment: Hello, my wife and I are looking at purchasing a property. The property sits on what is called a Water Table that is prone to some flooding we're told. Currently they use a 2 sub pump system to pump out any excess water that would rise into the basement which they say is minor. The basement is 8 foot ceiling and is unfinished. I am curious as to what it would take and cost to eliminate the problem so we don't have to use sub pumps.

Project Location: Chilliwack, BC V2P 6S9

Comment: We recently experienced a water leak in our basement, caused by a ruptured water hose outside. It appears to have resulted due to a crack in the concrete foundation. This can be accessed from the inside, or outside (with manual excavation as it is only about a foot below grade). The crack needs to be sealed.

Project Location: Chilliwack, BC V2R 5G8

Comment: I have a rancher with full walkout basement. All of the services (electrical, cable) are run in conduit into the basement. I am getting water seeping in from inside and around the conduit.

Project Location: Chilliwack, BC v2r 3y7

Comment: A large crack weeps into an unfinished area of the basement. I would like either and epoxy or polyurethane injection solution from inside the wall rather than excavating outside

Project Location: Chilliwack, BC v2p 3n1

Comment: Have a crack inside access available to in-ground finished basement. Drywall removed Previous owners added some concrete and it still leaks. Outside tricky with gas line running along it. Perimeter drains have had rock pits added. Area only leaks in very bad rain. Needs injecting and sealing..Thanks

Project Location: Chilliwack, BC V2P 7P8

Comment: We have discovered a couple of leaky areas on the foundation wall of our recently purchased house. The first area is in the cold room located in the basement and the other just noticed yesterday is in an adjacent room in the basement also. We discovered that the water is coming in from the outside where the plants are being watered.
