I was having a hard time due to having two small children in a disaster situation due to the huge Santa Rosa fire that caused lots of damage. I was sleep deprived and in shock for a long time and those I talked with on the phone truly empathized with my situation and did everything they could to speed up the clean up process in my home so my family could return as soon as possible.

Overall really pleased. Some things received damaged but most were repaired. I think the downstairs bathroom was forgotten about and then a quick job was done to get it done and that's why my personal hand towel was used. The downstairs bathroom is the only room that I can still smell a little smoke. It's been painted over so not much that can be done at this point.
