Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
In a house we recently purchased we have a “crawlspace from hell” (aren’t they all?) comprising some 4,000 square feet that has had some moisture issues. It’s hard to find anybody who really knows how to mitigate crawlspace issues, but somehow I found James Clifton. Let me tell you, this guy is the crawlspace whisperer! At our first meeting he spent a good two hours examining the space and explaining what he found and explained in great detail how he would go about mitigating it. I’m not some guy that fell off a turnip truck, and I had my BS detector up and running, but what he said made total sense. I decided to go ahead with the work.He was able to start within a couple weeks, and his crews showed up on time and were conscientious and clean. I won’t go into detail but there were a LOT of moving parts and they were very meticulous and did not cut corners. (I personally went into the crawlspace a few times to observe the work.) I was very pleased with the end result. This was HARD work, well-done.This was not an inexpensive project, but knowledge and quality are worth it. Everything, right down to the electronic invoicing and communication, was done right. How often do you get to say that these days?Whether it’s for your crawlspace or another project, this is the guy you want to hire.
