One Steel Beam is placed beneath the existing floor system, then it is supported by a SmartJack on each end that is tightened to lift and stabilize the floor to the desired setting.

A Before and After of a Concrete Repair project we completed in Livermore to help the homeowner remove a tripping hazard from his walkway. We injected PolyLevel Polyurethane Foam beneath it to fill a void that had formed beneath it and bring it back to level. We then sealed the joints with NexusPro Sealant to ensure that water couldn't enter beneath the slab to cause any more problems.
