Jeanine Phelps

Although she was born in San Lorenzo, Jeanine now resides in Livermore, CA at the heart of Foundation Repair of CA. Her background in various office settings includes accounting, billing, reception, and administration and this aides her as one of the owners in our company. The skills she has acquired in her career are put to use daily as she navigates the world of construction and she handles each step with confidence and poise. Her quote to live by is, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts” from Winston Churchill and she strives to live and teach this to all around her.

As one of the owners and the office/marketing manager, Jeanine has been trained in entrepreneurial management and applies this to each task she undertakes. Although she is a part of all aspects of the company with her husband, Mark, her main focus is marketing and overseeing all involved with customer care. She works diligently to maintain procedures and strives to ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction they have with Foundation Repair of CA. Her dedication to the company is apparent in her efforts to build strong teams to give every customer an incredible experience from start to finish.

When she isn’t in the office, Jeanine is a devoted wife and mother. Running the company with Mark and having both of their sons, Ben and Sam, involved in the family business is a dream come true for her. She is the baby with four brothers and her family is the most important thing to her, including their dog, Duke, our Chief Fun Officer. She loves to garden, spend time with her loved ones, and travel and would choose Italy as her dream destination to see where her family comes from.
