About Fred:

Fred brings over 35 years of management experience to his role as the Real Estate Division Manager at Foundation Repair of CA. He loves the construction industry and, specifically, diagnosing homes. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance. Our company is a little over 10 years-old and Fred has been with us since the beginning.

Since joining Foundation Repair of California, Fred has gone through extensive training to become a Foundation Repair, Concrete, Waterproofing, and Real Estate Specialist. Fred's daily duties include conducting a full evaluation of his customer's foundation and property to determine any current or potential issues and then creating a report which includes a solution to solve those problems.

Fred takes pride in his work as the leader of the Real Estate Division. His favorite part of his job is the constant interaction with customers and coworkers. When Fred isn't working, he enjoys exercising and then relaxing. He is a loving husband and father of three. According to Fred, “for success, attitude is equally as important as ability.”
