Brian Lotz

Growing up in Pleasanton and Moraga and now a resident of Hayward, Brian is no stranger to the changing landscape of the Bay Area. With his background in Property and Casualty Insurance, and Real Estate, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Also, he previously worked as a reactor and field technician for a property management company. His favorite parts of his job are providing security and peace of mind for all of our customers and that each project he comes across presents a new challenge to conquer.

Brian started here as a Structural Consultant, where he went through extensive training to become a Foundation Repair and Concrete Specialist. Brian's daily duties included conducting a full evaluation of his customer's foundation and property to determine any current or potential issues and then creating a solution to solve those problems. He then took a position in our Service Department where he helped maintain work we had previously done. Now Brian is a manager of both the Sales and Service Departments.  

When he isn't finding the best solutions for our customers, Brian enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and other outdoor activities including a good round of golf. Spending time in the mountains under the stars is sure to bring a smile to his face. His favorite quote to live by is, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", Philippians 4:13. His dream job would be a helicopter tour guide in Hawai'i or Costa Rica.
