Matt Lawer

Matt was born in Western Pennsylvania, but he currently lives in Pleasanton. Matt’s experience includes: 40 years of Commercial Estimating, sales, installation, and management, Dale Carnegie sales training, and owning a business. He holds a B.S. degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in Liberal Arts from St. Vincent College. Matt’s favorite parts about his job are: “The adventure in each sale from start to finish, working in a well-oiled machine, and a happy client.” He treats his work like an art form; he lives by providing 100% proactive communication with his clients.

Since joining Foundation Repair of California as a Structural Consultant and taking over as the head of our Commercial Division, Matt has gone through extensive training to become a Foundation Specialist. His daily duties include conducting a full evaluation of his customer's foundation and property to determine any current or potential issues and then creating a solution to solve those problems.

When Matt isn’t working, he loves spending time with his 2 terrier-mix dogs, and his 3 daughters who are all in their 20’s. He enjoys cooking, fishing, hunting, snow skiing, boating, walking, sightseeing, adventure and travel. His dream job is to sell Maui Jim Sunglasses on the beaches of Maui.
