I would recommend the company.
I have spoken to neighbors that have used your company as well. We all agreed that the dunning style leaves the home owners feeling like your organization might go bankrupt at any moment. I would suggest a more relaxed presentation when trying to collect on the payment schedule.
The presentation set the expectation for us to clear obstacles such as plants for a 2'x2' sq area where each pier went. The reality is we should have cleared 60 sqft area for excavated dirt and traffic. As a result we suffered damage to several hundred dollars with of plants and damaged exterior lighting fixtures. we were advised that irrigation systems and low voltage wiring would not be repaired. which was fine, but i asked two separate crews not to bury the irrigation pipes and wires so i could repair. A third team showed up and buried the pipes in the name of clean up. So I had to dig it all up again. It is just disappointing.
Ben was awesome. Give that guy a raise. The guys under the house that installed the smartjacks used fowl language a lot, even after the foreman advised them not to several times. some siding was damaged by some sort of pipe used for the push piers. remains damaged to this day.
The clean up process was rough. There is still dirt smeared over my interior walls where the smart jack team gained access to under the house.
here is something for your web team. they use these resizable text blocks but if you resize them the submit button gets lost underneath the graphic at the bottom of the survey form. resolving this problem may result in higher submission rates.
