From the first inspection and throughout contruction, the team was punctual, professional and courteous.

My inspection was quickly scheduled and I was informed of what to expect. A photo of the inspection person was sent to me in advance along with an educational booklet that showed all the different issues and how best to resolve them. This was very helpful to me.

Steve arrived as scheduled and performed the inspection, explaining to me what was causing the issue of cracks in the foundation, and the recommended remedy. The quote was put together at that time and I knew what to expect going forward. He sent photos of under the house to me for my records.

Leo was the foreman of the repair crew and made sure the job was done exactly per the engineering drawings. The crew arrived on time and got started on the cracked foundation quickly. They put a plastic covering over items inside the garage to shield from the concrete dust. The crew arrived daily a half hour before their scheduled start time.

when it came time for cleanup, an extra person was brought in to help the crew load all the concrete and dirt debris into a trailer. Since J hangers had to be added to the mudsill to hold the rebar, a portion of the sheetrock at the bottom of the was removed for access. when the job was complete, Leo went above and beyond by replacing the strip of sheetrock back on the wall. I appreciated his efforts very much.
