Moisture in the basement leads to mold growth that can damage your home, make you and your family sick, and make your basement and whole house smell musty. The solution is to remove moisture from the air. The SaniDry Sedona basement dehumidifier and air system from Basement Systems wrings the moisture from basement air and makes the damp feeling and musty smell go away!

Comment: I'm getting ready to finish my basement and need to have a sump pit, pump and interior French drain installed to mitigate some moisture issues.
Project Location: Englewood, CO 80111
Comment: We have had water flooding into the basement every 5 years or so, including with the heavy rains last spring. Not sure if that can be prevented, but if so, that would be great. We're looking for a flooring solution that water won't get under and won't be damaged by water. Also we want to re-do the finish as the drywall was damaged and we want to make sure there's nothing that could harbor mold. Thanks!

Comment: Would like to get an estimate for the sump pump
Project Location: Englewood, CO 80112
Comment: Sump pit doesn't appear to stop filling and so sump pump runs off and on year round. In heavy storms (rain or heavy snow melt), the pump runs more or less continuously. Concerned about it failing and pit filling up and overflowing. Can this be improved?

Comment: The basement has small pools of water where the wall meets the floor when it rains and smells musty. It is currently unfinished but we would like to finish it soon.

Comment: The perimeter basement wall and floor joint has seepage. No standing water, just dampness. I removed concrete in a couple of areas and found that water is seeping under foundation. Looks like we have pillars instead of a footer. I can actually reach under the foundation and touch the plastic french drain on the outside. We also have floor heaving. I would also like an estimate for a crawl space improvement. Also, we have settling in our garage and want to know if we should lift spaces or look at a complete replacement. Thanks
