_{He holds a BBA in both Marketing and Management, earned a Certified Builders Rep. designation, received multiple credentials from the Building Performance Institute, wrote and won several RFPs for multi-million dollar contracts, and most recently certified in NLP as part of his personal commitment to interpersonal support/coaching efforts.}

_{Ross's hands on approach and entrepreneurial background has served him well over a diverse 25 year career. From developing startup companies in garages/basements, to managing $900MM multi-regional sales teams, to advising the Corporate Leaders from the largest real estate companies in the country.}
