Comment: Every time there is heavy rain, we get water in our basement in various spots. We would like to have an estimate to have our basement waterproofed. We also have a window well that needs to be replaced as there are holes in it and it fills up then water comes in through the window.

Comment: We get a lot of water in the basement. The water tend to be around the edges but once it starts accumulating it starts running toward the center of the floor. We'd like to add a system that diverts the water to the sump-pump hole.

Comment: Hi there, I live in a 1950s colonial in West Hartford and the basement is partially finished. During both of the last two heavy rains, water and mud seeped up from below the floor and soaked into the carpeting on the finished side of the basement. There *is* a sump pump installed and running on the unfinished side, but it is clearly not working as well as I need it to. My end goal is to renovate the finished basement into a nice playroom for my little girls, but I definitely want to get the water issues resolved first. I was hoping you could come take a look and suggest a waterproofing solution to repair or replace the system I have that is not working anymore. Thank you!

Comment: Our primary concern is that a musty smell from the basement is coming into the 1st floor. We'd like to seal the air leaks between the basement and first floor. We'd also like quotes for any other recommended upgrades to the basement, such as a moisture barrier in one small section that is not sealed, etc. But we have a furnace in the basement so options may be limited.

Comment: 1) Puddling throughout finished basement after heavy rain 2) Mildew smell, potential mold issues 3) Continuing mice issues even after outside mitigation efforts 4) Concerns with drop ceiling

Comment: Hello! I just recently purchased my home that has a newer sump pump in the basement that works. I have noticed I have some larger cracks that are starting to let up moisture into the basement floor. I am hoping to get someone out to give me a quote on waterproofing the basement. Thank you

Comment: Water in finished part of basement
Project Location: West Hartford, CT 06117
Comment: I have a crack in the basement wall (poured concrete) of my house that leaks water it rains significantly. The house is about 70 years old, and I've been in it about 30 years. I don't think the crack has gotten significantly worse over the years, but perhaps it's leaking more now than formerly. I'd like to have the crack sealed to eliminate (or at least significantly reduce) the water leak.
