Shea was born and raised in Tampa, FL, and previously owned and operated a home inspection company. During his 10+ years with LRE, Shea has helped homeowners, business owners, and property managers find the proper solution to their foundation issues. Whether regarding a small residential home or a large commercial building, his background and experience have helped him gain the knowledge to assess any type of foundation issue and come up with the perfect solution. In his spare time, Shea enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 10 years and 2 young children, anything to do with the outdoors, or on the water.
