What made you choose our company:

In 2020, we purchased a house with a detached mother-in-law suite that required foundation work. We received a quote from a local foundation company before closing, but three years later, we needed a permanent fix to proceed with remodeling. We contacted Sunshine Foundation for a quote and conducted our due diligence, which led us to discover impressive literature on co-owner Larry Jansky's background, giving us the confidence to work with their new location in North Florida. During the installation of 10 SmartJacks and steel support beams, the operations manager, Josh, wanted to pause the work to get input from the other owner, Rich Pomales, regarding the beam installation. This demonstrated their commitment to quality and required adjusting their schedule to get it right. As someone with an engineering background and a process-based approach to life, admittedly I am not the easiest customer to please. However, Rich delivered exceptional service and follow-up, and we have already referred Sunshine Foundation to the contractor who is performing our interior renovations.
