Corey came to look at install after I called with concerns. He immediately buried the downspout that had been skipped. He noticed that the connection between the french drain and downspout at the front of the house was not well connected. He did a fantastic job correcting everything. He is fabulous. In the future have your estimators notify customers verbally and on the estimate that they need to contact an electrician. Since this was not told to me, I thought it was a turn key operation that installed everything needed for the drainage system. As a result, there was no power for the sump pumps. I got 3 estimates and electric installed 12/9 just in time to have today's deluge test the new system!
