We have lived here since Oct. of 2016 and never had a problem. This year, we have rain water seeping up through the floor tiles. It only happens when the ground is saturated with water. Also, we hear ringing in our pipes every time we turn on the water, then turn it off.

During bad weather we had on Saturday night, I was in basement and there was a small amount of water seeping thru crack in foundation wall and also in another area water coming over foundation wall. I had exterior waterproofed about 15 years ago. Some of the waterproof material is separating from the exterior brick wall close to foundation. Water may be coming from that. I have pictures if that will help you. I would like an inspection, an estimate for what you can do to prevent this in future. There is no flooding and only a small amount of water that puddled on basement floor. After the torrential rain we had this morning, no water was seeping through when I checked.
