The overall experience was very good and made exceptional due to Brandon's high standards for great customer service as well as managing the team of workers who worked on our place.

Every time I called into the office the people working the office were very helpful and friendly.

Brandon was awesome to work with from the beginning stages of evaluating our basement through the entire project. He was helpful all the way through even long after knowing we were deciding to purchase.

The crew was very good. Every day that they planned to be here they were here right on time and stayed focused on the project all day as well as respectful of us having a busy family life at our home.

We knew in advance the grass area outside where the Egress windows were dug in would be impacted and they did a great job getting the ground back to as close as possible. On the inside areas they cleaned, vacumed and mopped up and got the basement area looking super clean - better than before they got there.
