Excellent customer service. The last company we had do some basement water repair was averse to returning phone calls, so the change at PBS was very refreshing.

Great crew. Courteous, friendly and they got right down to work, knew what they were doing.

Very neat, and they swept up when finished. We covered everything with painters plastic, and used a product called Kleensweep to pick up the fine concrete dust that remained.
