From the very first contact with your company, had the feeling we were in good hands and no need to fear being scammed with shoddy work or abandonment of responsibilities.

Very friendly, professional and attentive to answering questions. Always returned calls or emailed requested information. Good frontline person and representative of your company.

Tim was our sales representative. Arrived early for initial appointment and again for next appaointment to finalize the paperwork and deposit. He was very professional and patient as he explained things. Never condescending. Left us lots of literature about the company and a picture catelog that explained the various options and processes to solve any foundation problem. It was helpful to us to see exactly what to expect in fixing our particular issue. Tim did not rush through our appointment and was very relaxed as he answered all the questions we threw at him. He was easy to talk to and work with. He left us a quote and said he would honor it if we needed time to get our schedules and finances in order to get the ball rolling. Between his friendly personality, his professional demeanor, and sense of being trustworthy and dependable, we not only felt comfortable with him being in our home, we thoroughly enjoyed doing business with him.

Clean, efficient, got job done quickly, no disruption to our family routine. Extremely pleasant and professional. Solution oriented. We were very impressed with their commitiment to doing a good job. They worked around tight areas in our basement and installed vertical braces without having to reloctate wires, plumbing or duct work. They explained things to us as they went along giving us peace of mind in the finished job. They were Awesome!!

They were in an out in shorter time than anticipated. They brought all their clean-up equipment without needing a thing from us and left our basement cleaner than started. They were very respectful and professional. Great Job !!
