I am highly satisfied with the company. The company handled the miscommunication that I had with the sales rep with integrity and fairness. Corey was calm, patient, and helpful in correcting course with the issue we had. I appreciate the solution that was achieved. 

Kelly and Morgan were both super friendly and super helpful.

Jesse was knowledgeable about the product and the process of installing smartjacks to lift our sagging kitchen floor. He answered our questions and clearly explained the installation process. He was not salesy. He was on time, respectful, and professional. 

Corey, Mason, and Beau were professional, friendly, on time, on task, and respectful of my home and my family. This crew worked together seamlessly. They had great communication during the lifting procedure and were able to maximize the lift to the house's tolerance without doing any damage. I will look forward to seeing them in 6 months after the house has settled and it is ready for a little more upward encouragement. Corey addressed the miscommunication that I had with the sales rep quickly, professionally, and with integrity. The solution that he was able to produce was the right one. I am grateful for the accomodation. This team is a solid group of guys and one that I will measure other tradesmen against. They set the bar high with the service they provide and their professionalism.

Clean-up? What clean-up? When the job was completed our house was in the same shape as when the job started. These guys are magicians. There was no gravel, dirt, or dust left behind. Everything just disappeared when the job was done.
