Richard has a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento. He previously worked in residential flooring wholesale for 18 years and was a rental car manager for 9 years. Some of Richard's hobbies include woodworking, small engine rebuilding, and painting. In his free time, he enjoys working in the yard, grilling BBQ, and watching TV shows with his family. At Woods, Richard is most excited about working with a family-owned business and being able to help people and find solutions to their basement-related problems.
