This was my first experience with Ben Scobbie, the technician, even though I have been a customer of Woods Basement Systems for a number of years. Ben was fantastic. He came to my home for a routine service visit; however, our area had just experienced unusually heavy rains with flooding, and I had a water problem in my downstairs. Ben did some diagnostics and offered several solutions and things to think about. He took his time and showed personal interest in the care of my home and property. I hope he is my technician the next time--he is an asset to the company.
