Sales Process
Although he was very responsive, he miscommunicated or failed to communicate some important things, including that an electrician was called to install a separate circuit on our box (even though we already had one). This required several phone calls to sort out why it was scheduled to begin with, and then to cancel that appointment, since we did not need additional electrical work to our box. It was scheduled for after pump installation, so if it was needed, we would have failed inspection. This was very a very frustrating part of the experience.
