Job review from Michael in Springfield, IL 62707 on 09/28/17

I would recommend Woods Basement Systems if anyone was looking for water proofing. I know of another person who had Woods do some major work on their bowing walls in their basement. I have seen the completion of that project and was impressed with the quality of work that was done.

Greg System Design Specialist Birckbichler was our contact I had worked with in developing the plan. He knew exactly what we needed to get our basement dry.

The crew we had for the project worked real hard in getting the job completed in the most efficient time allowed. There were a few times they been set back on time due to unforeseen incidents but crew foreman Arron Morrison constantly kept us informed of the progress of the job up until completion. I give the crew much credit for the job they performed.

Cleanup was exceptional we had very little to do once the job was complete.
