The couple of issues I had at completion (see below) were addressed when I contacted the office, and were rectified within 2 days to my satisfaction.
Answered all the questions I had (prepared before his visit) during his presentation.
They worked very hard but left a couple of things undone (my electrical ground wire was cut during installation of drain to outside and sealing of outside drainage pipe at side of house was poorly done.
What made you choose our company:
I liked the very informative product package you sent ahead of time so I could read it. The salesman, Adam Riva was very knowledgeable and actually covered all the areas I had questions about before I even asked them. He was on time, pleasant and came equipped with a short video. He took measurements and was able to quote me a price at the time and set up the financing. One of your competitors offered no information brochures, could not quote an exact price and never followed up. I am pleased withy the job done(installation of basement drainage system) and look forward to never having to bale out my basement again!
