The salesman Luke Kimmie was so nice and professional. He came into home viewed my issues from what another contractor didn't do to stop the water from coming into my basement. He also pointed out I had asbestos tile flooring which I knew nothing about. Also advised me that contractor cut threw the tiles which are hazardous. He explained what was needed to be done to get my issue fixed. I truly appreciate at Luke and Woods Basement Company. Your repair men Aaron, Tyler and Brandon was amazing! OMG! Very nice Gus. They came in and done the work in one day. Where the other guys had 3-5 guys sometimes and took about 26 days to do and less mess and money. I'm furious with myself for not getting your company to do my work in the first place. Excellent company and employees you have working for you.

Great men to have in my home. My basement wasn't in a mess when they started and finished. They made sure everything was covered and taped with plastic. My basement didn't look like it snowed unlike the other contractor diaster. Thank you for training your staff to do a great job. KUDOS!!!!
What made you choose our company:
Well I'm sorry to say but I made a bad decision I'm not choosing your company in the beginning, went with a small inexperienced company which an architect/contractor/carpenter that could rebuild my cedar closet but that was a failure also. I got ripped off to most part. That's when I had to call you all back. I'm sorry I didn't call. I would have gotten better service right the first time. I want to thank the entire staff. I also hope I can use the ones to testify to what they saw before repairing my issues. KUDOS to you all!!!!!
