What made you choose our company:

I chose the company based upon reputation. Initially they installed the system and it did not reduce radon. Due to lack of response I got someone else. They made it worse. So I called you back and Mike came out and put another entry point in. Over time it seemed to work. My readings range from 1.1 to 0.8. You could easily have given up but you were true to your word and got it right. That's what companies do. The other company stole my fan that you installed and put a different one in and charged me $950 dollars for their work and it didn't work. They ran and hid like big cowards. You all stepped up and eventually got it right. So, I am forever grateful for your work. It was not pretty at first, but you stuck with it did what you said you were going to do. That's rare.
