We bought an existing home with a high sloped driveway already showing problems with settling. It got worse when a heavy truck broke concrete over a cavity. Woods had to come out a couple of time to completely deal with it.
Their main interest was our satisfaction, which was very nice to hear.
I told them to only schedule me when they had other clients in area as we are a little off the beaten path
Ido think the original person who came to see our problem should have given the work crew better instructions on what had to be done, the situation may not have been theeorst they'd done but it was pretty bad and I felt a bit uncomfortable asking for a little more lift.
We're always polite and thorough.
Crew ran out of 'soap' to use installing the ' caulk' between sections, had to pick some up locally and perhaps it wasn't what they were used to as ite was rather lumpy when they'd finished for the day.
