Every contact we have ever had with Woods Basement Systems has been extremely positive & pleasant.
Very courteous & professional.
On 05/24/18, John Lusicic came and performed the annual service check on our system. I requested information on the cost of extending our discharge line further away from our house. John was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and was able to provide the information I requested. The next day, I signed a contract to have the discharge line extended an additional 160 feet.
The workers were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 am on 05/31/18. Juan, Beau & Chass arrived early and got right to work. The work was completed in 2 hours. Juan and his workers were extremely polite, friendly & courteous.
When Juan and his workers left, everything was cleaned up and in order. This entire process was a very positive experience.
