Job review from Craig in Red Bud, IL 62278 on 05/16/19

There were a few hiccups on the initial calls and set ups, however when Jeremy and his partner showed up for the install, everything was great.

I was told by Candice that my sanidry was going to be installed on a Monday, The Sump pump was to be installed on Saturday. I took off work on that Monday and no one showed up. I talked with Yvonne after no one showed up and she said it would be installed on that Saturday which it was.

I saw Jeremy at the home show. I explained what was going on. I also said I would be checking out Hellitech as well which I did. Jeremy Higgins explained at the show what products you had. He also came out and inspected my home. He told me what all we needed to have done. He explained that we could do it in phases! Phase 1 has been completed.

The two installers showed up a bit late. That was not there fault. One it was raining, two the Foreman had a person call in sick, another person had vehicle problems. Luckily they did show up late because I had to Jack Hammer the Sandstone out where the 2 discharge lines were going to go. I also had to dig down where our Drain tile was to install the 2 discharge lines. This took longer than I thought. Which is why I said it was good that they were running late.

The crew did a great job with the clean up process. They took the old materials out and did not leave a mess at all
