My house posed some challenges for the crew at Woods, however, they worked to make me a happy customer and I am now happy with the finished product.
Woods had communication problems within their company. I would talk to the sales/customer service department and arrange and change plans, then I would receive a call from the installation crew to schedule installation of something that had been cancelled from my contract. This occurred on three separate occasions.
Customer service rep, Cory, has been very helpful in correcting errors in service and making things right. The one "biggie," is still to be corrected: my refund of over $3000.
Juan is the BEST! After weeks of struggling with this contractual mess, it was a pleasure to have Juan come to "make things right!" Juan was pleasant and efficient on the job. I wish he had been the first rep to arrive weeks/months prior to his arrival!
I indicated N/A because I am selling my house ASAP. I chose Woods Basement because we had you installed the sump pump 10 years ago. I clicked on #7 because I experienced a lot of challenges while trying to get my basement repaired. The actual cause of the flood was not discovered and an unnecessary repair was made and paid for. I dealt with five separate people to finally get the repair completed.
