Issues with project scheduling
Julia was absolutely great to work with. She was on top of all communication and professional at all times. Her transition to Candace was great also.
Brian was professional at all times. But during scheduling issues there was a lack of communication on some things. Some scope changes.
The Best! Kudos to Frank and his crew Jon, Scott and others. They were professional, on top of communication. They arrived on time everyday. Frank should be recognized along with his crew for a job well done!
The end result of my basement TBF was great! My recommendation for next time would be to seal areas not being worked on a tad bit better. There is a lot of dust to clean up afterwards. Minor but just a recommendation.

What made you choose our company:
I chose Woods because you all did Waterproofing at my Mom's house. I could not give you a 10 rating because of the major scheduling issues we experienced. I'm not sure if you're having staffing issues but hopefully you rectify the problem. If not, this will negatively impact the reputation Woods Basement Systems has. Your quality of work is to good for you to let that happen.
