There were still chunks of rock that were left under the tarps. The guys worked really hard and tried but it was still a lot of clean up for us.

What made you choose our company:

Overall, I am hopeful that the third time is a charm for Wood's Basements. It is the third time that they have redone work in our basement because it still leaks. This time, the installers left this weird gap by our basement door where about an inch of rock is exposed and you can see the tabs of the water system. I don't know if maybe our wall was not straight or what. This didn't happen the previous two times that wood's installed a system so I am not sure if it is an error or that is just the way it had to be. I really hope our basement is waterproofed this time. I don't want our basement torn up a fourth time. It is exhausting.
