Did a very good job keeping me informed of when the work would be performed + called several times with reminders.
Nolan Martz performed his job OK, but I understand there was no contact between Nolan and the installing crew.
Brad was top notch. Employees like Brad is what gives Woods Basement Systems a good reputation.
Crew left the job site just as clean as they found it.

NOTE: BRAD (lead of 2 man crew) was very knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. Employees like Brad is what would make me recommend Woods Basement Systems to others. I was surprised that the sales person (Nolan Martz) had not discussed the project face to face with Brad prior to Brad arriving to perform the work. Believe there is a communications "gap" between Sales and installing crew.
