Representatives were courteous and professional. However, there must have been miscommunication with the inspector, because he was out to the house three times.

What made you choose our company:

I chose Wood's, because I recognize the name. My initial contact was informative and thorough. Also, I was surprised by the cost of the work done. However, we had a one day job stretch into a two day job, with an inspector coming to our house three days in a row, and separate crews doing the major work and patching the holes that were dug out. And we paid in full before the job had been completed.
