What made you choose our company:

This job was not a great experience, not terrible but not great. When we signed the contract the salesman guaranteed us we would be called Monday morning for scheduling the work. No one called. I called the salesman on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. He did not answer or return my calls. After calling the main number and being transferred around I finally got a number that called me back and scheduled the job. When the day came for the job to be done no one showed up or called to tell us they weren't coming. I called and got transferred a couple of times. Finally I was told they weren't coming but would come the next day at 9:00. They called at 8:00 and said they would be here in about 10-15 minutes. I barely had time to get dressed and they were here. What they did looks nice but we won't know how effective it is until it rains.
