Hard to get a BEST, but you earned it. When my foundation needs escalated your company jumped right in to take care of things. Thank you.
Your team got the ball rolling once it became aware that my foundation issues had escalated and I needed the planned work done sooner. Thank you.
I do not feel like we were on the same page. The final installation wasn't quite what I thought was going to happen. There is one area that I was expecting a support beam to be put in, and it was not.
Your team showed up several hours early (with approval) and got started once the foreman Juan, did a walk through to see what my expectations would be. I was kept informed throughout the whole process while the work was being done. All employees were very polite and professional.
There were some odds and ends to cleanup, but nothing major. And it could also be just my personality that I thought it should have been a tad better. Again, nothing major.
