I've been impressed with the company's commitment to follow through on its warranty promises. My basement continued to leak in one area after the initial installation, and Woods sent a supervisor back out to the site to advise on how to fix the problem. And then you fixed the problem.
Laura Lane, my customer rep, has been professional, friendly and helpful throughout this whole process.
My salesman did a terrific job, but his initial write-up did not match what I thought was the agreed-upon scope of the project. This has led to additional problems that Woods and I have had to work together to fix.
The second installation crew that came out was prompt (even early - and the head guy called me before arriving, a major plus) and did the work quickly. I would definitely have them in my home again.
It was snowy and wet the day that the crew came. I did have wet/muddy footprints throughout my basement that required me to clean up afterwards. The crews do an amazing job of using plastic barriers to keep dust to a minimum. I just wish they would use floor tarps on wet, muddy days, as this was a problem during the first phase of my project too.

What made you choose our company:
I chose Woods for its customer service and its superior products, as well as the warranty. I did have some issues with the cleanliness and professionalism of the first crew who came out to my house in the fall, but Woods has been flawless in following up with me and fixing the problems that arose from that initial phase.
