Scott did a great job answering my questions. Just a little hurried on torqueing the anchor bolts, not allowing the wax to fully compress. Needed more turns to meet specs. Best to suggest to other service reps to re-torque a second time after allowing the wax to settle..
I needed to remind to re-torque wall anchor bolts. Doing it once did not flatten the wax, resulting in a bad tightening. 3 of the 6 needed about 1.5 additional turns of the wrench to reach the 80 ft-lbs requirement,,
