What made you choose our company:

I originally picked you due to ratings. It has taken you four years and five times digging up my basement to solve my water problem. It remains to be seen if it’s actually fixed. Your scheduling process is sketchy — you kept moving the date of service. Also, communication is weak. One plan would be decided and then I’d have to argue with your service crews about what was supposed to be done. Your actual service crews were great, though, once we hammered out what they were supposed to do. Anyway, I hope this is finally fixed; but I won’t know until I see if it leaks again. One thing in your favor — you’ve kept at it and have worked on fixing the problem at no cost to me for four years. Let’s hope it’s really fixed this time!
