I'm giving you a 5 although there were a few hiccups along the way. When we received a text regarding the upcoming job the names were Christen and Jim. I responded to the text with our correct names. When job was completed the invoice I signed still had the incorrect names so Brendan changed to the correct names. Later that evening we received a call from Roselle informing us the crew would be there on Fri., Nov. 29. I told her they already completed the job. I'm guessing the info that the job was done hadn't reached Roselle yet. The crew had time in their schedule to fit us in early which we greatly appreciated!

Brendan and Jordan went above and beyond. Brendan called and said they had time to fit our job in so we decided to go ahead and not wait. Brendan and his team were thorough, efficient and walked me through the process step by step. They also answered all my questions and concerns along the way. Brendan went the extra mile by putting our dog at ease who was frightened from all the noise of the equipment.

Our porch items were replaced carefully.
