The only issue I had was how long it took to get a sales man out to our house to grt me an appointment. It was about a three month wait which was excessive I felt.
The gentleman who came out (I believe his name was mike) was awesome. I wasn't home for the repair and was nervous about not being there. But when he called me he went over everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had.
I was amazed how great it looked when they were done! They definitely left it nicer then when they came in and did a very nice job. I was overall very impressed with the crew that did our work and I am not an easy guy to please at all so great job.
What made you choose our company:
I had four different company's come out to give me bids and go over the repair. And while you guys where not the cheapest of the bids the repair process that you use seemed to be the best of the others. I am not complaining about the price because I would rather pay a little more to have a job done where I don't have to worry about future issues.
