I would highly recommend Wood's Basement.

I received a call that the job foreman reported off sick on the scheduled job date. The job was scheduled (10:30 -11:00) on 01/18/2016. I was told that the job would need to be rescheduled for the next day. However, I didn't recieve this call until 10:45 AM on the scheduled date. I think if the service person reported off the day of service, I should have been informed long before the time he was supposed to be here.
I only had minor interaction with office staff.
Chris Brickenstaff was my Field Representative and told me what to expect with an anticipated cost estimate. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable.
Andrew Teter was the installation technician and kep me informed of what he was going to do. He was conscientious, safety minded and efficient. I was very satisfied with his work.
Great job of clean up with inclement weather conditions.
