Job review from Zach in St. Charles, MO 63301 on 06/02/16

Absolutely seamless from the first visit with our sales consultant, Brandon Bax, to the actual installation of the sump pumps. We had 2 sump pumps installed in different rooms in our basement, so it was a more involved job. It was less hassle and the professionalism of the install team created less mess than most small projects we have done ourselves.

Brandon Bax was simply awesome. He was very responsive, explained everything in detail, answered some follow up questions via text and phone, and was even awesome with my 4 year old daughter who wanted to sit next to him as he prepared the contract. By far, the best sales rep I have ever worked with. We've had a few major projects done on our house over the last 5 years and this was the best experience with a sales rep, and a company, we have ever had.

Install crew arrived exactly when they said they would and got to work quickly. There was no standing around and no wasted time. We were doubtful they could perform everything they said they could in the time allotted but we were proven wrong. Every detail was taken care of, from putting up a protective sheet of plastic between the work area and other parts of our basement, to sweeping our back patio free of dirt after the install. Truly astounding service we have never experienced with a contractor - and we have had several contractors in our house in the past 5 years.
